Just finished a test with 1/4" corian and filling the letters with Sculpey. This is a craft plastic that hardens in the oven at 275 degrees. I just forced the sculpey into the carved letters, baked for 20 minuets and then sanded the whole thing with 400 grit. The sample is 4 1/2" x 7", the font is MS Sans Serief.
