My machine has a SRAM 2 10485762 error and will not do nothing please help if you can thank you very much :(

The first thing to try is to reformat your memory card and then re-flash it with the firmware. You can do both from Designer: File->Flash manager.

I tried what you said and it still did not work I am using the newest version of the firmware it worked last week with the older version do you know how i could load the old one and see if that is it Thanks again

It's not a FW version issue. Most likely the memory card or machine controller. You should give CW a call.

The issue you are encountering is a bad controller on your machine. The controller will need to be replaced. Just call our support team and speak with one of our techinicans. They will walk you through a few troubleshooting steps and get you the parts that you need to resolve the issue.

Went to do some carvings yesterday and got the same error SRAM 2 10485762
Wondering does anyone know how much the controller is, funds are kinda tight right now.

If your machine is still under warranty, I am thinking they would be replaced at no charge to you...only the tech people can tell you for sure.

My machine has been out of warranty since feb 2008. I was just curious if anyone had order the part and had a ballpark figure for price.

Just got a reply from sales, the controller is $303, guess my machine is down for a while until I raise the funds. :(
