Make your own custom seals and badges then enter them into your graphics program and convert them to grayscale and play around with the effects some and make some decent looking seals, signs or badges.

Once you make one, generate it, save it to your desktop then just open it in any of your design programs. I did the one below in just 5mins with PS.
Below is just a sample I was able to do in about 5 minutes from start to finish. Take a little more time and you could probably make a decent looking sign.
