Software Installation Error

I am trying to upgrade to 1.130 from 1.126, I've thried the patch and the full version with no luck. Installation starts and then it stop and wants to know the location of the file "CarveWright System.msi"

After a search of my computers harddrive I have no such file anywhere. Any help would be great!

I have to put my disk that has 1.25 in the cd and tell the installer to look for it there . :)

The full version will not ask for the MSI. Only the patch version needs the original installed versions MSI. I woudl suggest trying to DL the full version again.

I downloaded the full version again but an still getting the same error message. I was able to load it on another computer without a problem. Do I have to remove my other version before I can install it?

That's really strange. Go ahead and uninstall the previous version and run the full install file again. Let us know if that works.

Try deleting all of your internet temp files and then try and run it again. I have had problems with downloaded software in the past and that seemed to correct the errors.

After I deleted the previous version (1.126) the installation on 1.30 went without a hitch. Not sure why I needed to delete the previous version but I'm up and running on the new version.
