Bought my CW a bit ago with all the bits and scan probe. Just getting around to try and scan something and there is no plug for the probe. I inserted the scan probe and went to plug it in and find that there is a hole with nothing inside. Checked inside the housing and it's empty. I'll be on the phone in the morning to see how they will fix this. Also notices that the plastic frame is cracked at one of the v4 vertical corner post. This might explain why when I received the machine it was impossible to lower the head to less than 1" from lowest position. Looks like the machine was damaged in shipping or maybe I got a used or reject. I'm not afraid to point out problems and I will also be on track to post kudos and follow ups on how the company responds.

The probe now plugs into the inside of the machine with an adapter cable. Also, if your machine was damaged in shipping your probably out of luck. Most shipping companies require you to notify them within a few days.
