Cover Switch Problem - Different

I hadn't used the machine in over a month. And I go to run something and I get Cover Open.
Check the swtich. It's still clicking.
Pull it out Clean it. Cleaned whole machine. Same.
Check it with a meter (it's good).
Remove switch - wire directly - Still get the error. Turning the machine off and on between activities.

I read mention of a Keypad side switch ? Where is that? My machine only seems to have one cover switch. If I wire it directly and I still get the error. Isn't that in the logic somewhere?

Ideas? Am I missing a switch.

The switch on the opposite side of the keypad is the motor cut-off switch. The small switch on the keypad side (same place just opposite side) is the cover switch and the one that gives the error.

Ok, I see it now. WOW. Tiny little thing. I was expecting both the be the same size. I guess as a side note, I cleaned the cut off switch thoroughly.
I knew something was odd when I traced down the wires and one lead to the hot of the plug.
