I had a break down on my machine and Joe S helped me get my order out. He is a great guy and easy to work with. If anybody needs help with getting carvings out he's the man. They called me today and said my machine was ready to ship back. They said the flex shaft needed to be replace. I checked it every two hours and it never got hot. my machine only had 27 hours on it when I sent it back in. The reason I sent it back was because I got a Zaxis stall that could not be resolved over the phone. Does anybody know what I did wrong, if anything?
