Well 1st. the roller bearing sweeper, went out, I ordered 4 more, good thing.
one of them had no threads, so I installed one in bad spot. after that 2 days later another went bad. so installed another,,lol
That one has worn spot in housing where the old roller rubed. Then the screw that holds
the Flexshaft pivot assembly on came out and the other broke off in housing, drilled out and replaced screw.
Looks like I need a whole overhaul. and so does the carver..lol What next..?
oh well, it will get better.

You and the carver going in for your tune up and you and the carver will make out just fine. You have to have faith, we are all praying and pulling for you Jack.

HI Jack SH-- happens if you know with I mean, how many cut hours do you have on your machine, my ran good for about 180 hours and then it started to fall apart, so far I replaced everything but the sandpaper belts.
