90 deg bit

I have extra 1/4 inch bit holders and need a 90 deg bit. Woodcraft has some locally, but different types I need 1/4 inch shank. but they come in different diameters, Cutting lengths and point lengths. would this size be ok? 1/4" SH, 3/8" D x 3/16" P x 1-7/8" OL or 1/4" SH, 1/2" D x 1/4" P x 1-7/8" OL these are made by whiteside and all carbide.

Either should be fine, I often use one I got from Ron Justice.
