What is the preferred lubrication for the corner posts?
White Lithium Grease (which seems to retain dust) or a well polished application of past wax.

I was told to use white lithium grease by the help desk guys, but others (Chris) use a little silicon sprayed on a rag to wipe the posts with.

Hope this helps.

That worked fine, thanks. Question Do you know how many passes the machine should make to cut the end from a board? Function 2 (cross cut). My machine wants to do it in one pass. I seem to remember it taking 3 or 4 passes. I aborted the cut when I saw the head trying to cut the ¾” board all at once.

This seems to be function of the new version 1.130 of the Designer software, or so I seem from other comments on this forum. Haven't tried it yet but when I did my first project using centerline both the text and the routed edges were done in one pass, although it did move around to various points on each letter.

Good luck!
