Domes missing in Select Surface

Hello! I have the newest version of the software and only have 2 domes to select from in the Select Surface menu. Previous versions, tutorials AND the help file all show a variety of domes to choose from. I'm on an iMac. Any idea why my selection of domes is missing all the shapes?

I hate to state the obvious but when you first open up the surface selections, there are just two choices. Expanding the selection should open the other choices.

Oh, Dear Lord! I can't believe I could be so stupid!! Out of the blue...I forgot what I have been doing forever!
