Attached is a picture of the project.

As the router started in for a V boarder, at .3" depth, there was a Quick Wha-Wha sound as it traversed slower than usual around the rectangle. Seems to have been programed to travel slower. Since this was a fairly deep cut, I would have suspected either a slower yet cut [to prevent the Wha-Wha] or a double back over in a 2 stage cut. But... it lugged along. As a result, something slipped. [View upper left corner of Pix.] Any Ideas to keep it from slipping (or Whatever).

The wood is a Cedar Fence board from Lowes Hdw. Just trying out different woods.

P.S. My wife shows dogs. We have anywhere from 10 to 30 dogs at anyone time. As a result, we debark all of our dogs... Hence the sign. [even a bunch of debarked dogs barking a squeek is noisy

P.P.S BraeleenShelties.com is the web site for the dogs.
