Why does CW not answer their phones?

I have tried for 3 days now and all I get is a end less loop about push this .......

The problem that needs to be resolved is a simple one. However, it's not so simple when there is no support.

I fear that bankruptcy is imminent...

I don't know when you are calling but, during business hours I always get fast service. Even twice today Just press 4 at the first prompt.

Try calling Phone: 713-473-6572 instead of the 800 number... You won't get threw on 800 #..

It's time to get real!! Look at what you are/aren't doing. The other 15,000 or 20,000 thousand of us manage to get through to LHR????????????

I use the 800 number and press ZERO and 9 times out of 10 get Whitney and get what I need.

I have never been able to find an 800 number and I'd really like to have it. Old people on Social Security don't like to pay toll charges!:(

I've had my CW about four months now and have always used the 713 473 6572 number with great results. On maybe two instances I've called and been informed the techs are all busy but I can't fault them for that. I've had my share of problems with my machine so I've called them many times.

Numbers below were posted by Askbud several weeks ago. Several posts since have indicated the 800 # is now 'Admin' and not tech support.
I'm sure someone will jump in and clarify...

Called the 800 last week for tech and parts, no choice available, so it has become more admin type phone... the "regular" number got me through in a flash, and someone picked up the call within three rings, and the wait to get transfered to parts from tech was all but a few seconds.

Kudos to the CW folks for their improved phone service (or maybe I got them on a good day?? and aren't they almost all good days??)

Never knew they had one. Call the REAL number and you will get satisfaction. They are great at responding. I recently. and still do, have a problem. I sent them my mpc file and they looked at in, carved it and responded within 48 hours.

Are you sure you are dialing the right number. If you can afford the machine, you should be able to afford the phone call. That is for everyone. I am on social security and dial direct

Never had a problem here with any of the numbers except when I need them at 3 am!:D
