That's some nice work Old Cop! When you say the coasters are "covered" in Envirotex, is that what the recesses are filled with also? Or is it some sort of clear resin?

Nice work! I am also interested in the (Envirotex)... Do you fill the coasters up with it and its like a thick clear seal ??? Also where to find it? Neat idea and thanks for sharing. I been wanting to make some corian coasters. Ohhh speaking of corian i used some Kilz clear coat on the corian carvings and it came out great. Made the coloring uniform and gave it the buffed look. Thanks for sharing... Matt
