I was talking to tech help yesterday and was told to take the black cover off the back end of the z motor and check it for sawdust. I did so (Please place a towel under your z truck because you might lose two very small nuts if you don't!) and did in fact find about a third of an inch of sawdust inside the cover. I blew it out, found the little nut I thought had gone into my downdraft system and put it back together again. My question is, what with a gasket and three screws holding that cover on HOW DOES DUST GET INTO THAT DANG COVER???? With a 2hp downdraft ventilation system always going whenever I carve anything! Me no savy. . . .
