Downloading from memory Card

I have a file on my memory card that I would like to edit. How can I download it to my computer?

Sorry Bob, but no can do.... the memory card is a one way function.

If the original file still on the computer, you can edit that and upload to the card.

If the file is on your computer, edit it then re-upload to the memory card and overwrite the old file.

The only files you can retrieve from the card are scans created by using the probe.

Another item for the designer wish list. I have to say I'm mystified with this one. Every other (and I mean EVERY other) memory card I have or have ever used is a TWO way street.

What were they thinking with this one????

It is not possible to reconstruct a MPC file from what is on the card. jlitz had a good technical explanation several months ago. But, basically it is kind of like trying to turn sawdust and scraps back into the same piece of wood they came from.
