Changing Drive (Sanding)Belt

How is it done? Machine was working fine when all of a sudden the board being measured studdered, that is it quit moving for measurement. When I checked it, the front belt was torn and jammed up. I ordered a new belt, they sell them in sets of two and I should have it in a few days.
Problem is, I don't know how to install it. I talked to tech help and was told they have the instructions available and would send them via email, but nothing yet.
Any of you guys ever changed the drive belts?
