Darts and Dart box

Here is my latest project darts and a box. The darts were turned, the box is from the Carvewright.

The machine ruined a $20 piece of silver maple the first time. Everything was fine until the machine started stair-stepping on the cut path.

Second time around, I just had the machine outline the path and finished the cutout on the table saw.

Couple of questions regarding the stair stepping...

1) What version of the software are you running?

2) Did you add 7" to the board and stay under the rollers?

Every time that I got the stair stepping was because I didn't stay under the rollers.

Every time that I got the stair stepping was because I didn't stay under the rollers.

The board was at least 7" longer than the project and I did tell it to stay under the rollers.

My guess is the board was a little warped, and I did not notice it.
