VERY, VERY nice. Just don't tell my Army National Guard son I complimented someone named "gunny." :) Here's what made him when he returned home from boot and AIT.

dwbox,

Wow, I sure like that plaque! I have a lot of National Guard folks around here that would really like that one! Where can I find the pattern for the NG emblem?
Thanks,
Audie

Gunny...as a fellow military man (retired)...I salute you and you did a fine job on the West Point Plaque!

Here's the mpc. This was my first carve, so I'm certain I could clean this up more after 7 months of "experience." :-)

Glad to do it. I think we've all benefited from each other one one time or another.

I am looking for just the National Guard minute man to use in a plaque for a retiring National Guard employee. I have this pic which is decent quality but when I import it even after playing with it in paint.net and using some gausian blur it still comes out pretty bad. On the local logo they have this superimposed over local lettering which I will just do in centerline. If anyone can come up with a better ptn I would appreciate it. Maybe someone who has 2.0 or 3d tools can do this for me. I only have 1.87 so I would need it in a ptn. Thanks if anyone can help.

See if this is good enough.

Will this work? I have others, PM me with an e-mail.

I use 1.87, it work great for me. I use ShaderMap Pro. to give the image a 3d look.

That is also great and exactly what I need. I have been wanting to learn shadermap pro as I have seen your posts using it. Thanks again to both of you.
