I just tried to call LHR, used the 1-800 # and tech spt is no longer one of the options to be selected. Call the 1-713 # and got a recording saying that no one is avail able. I need tech spt to workout my board sensor issue/possible replacement and to order some parts. The days I get off is very linited and if I am unable to get this done today, I will have to wait another week.

Does anyone know whats going on? Has the tech spt number changed or no longer working on Sat?

I emailed support about an hour ago and have been receiving emails from them right now..

Just called again, got the samething, recording - no one is available; left message agin. Guess I will email them with hopes that I can it things done that way.

I got the same thing about 2 weeks ago and asked why the toll free number only rings on the admin side and not on the service.... Was told they had a T1 and T2 Line and they switched it to Admin by accident and would be switched back.

Looks like service will be a toll call from now on....
