Delivery to Bosnia&Herzegowina

We (my family and I) are new here. We live in Bosnia and Herzegowina and we are interested in following things:
1) Is there a possibility of delivering this machine to my country?
2) Does any of You knows someone from Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia or Montenegro who had bought CarveWright machine, so we could see it work by ourselves?
3) And, how much would cost, with the delivery price to Bosnia and Herzegowina?

This machine runs 110V 60Hz. Most European outlets, if you can find the UL Type B, are 220V 50Hz. While they do make converters (i.e. 220V to 110V) I have never seen one that will alter the frequency.
