I wonder who else has had the issue of the sand belt jumping the belt keepers?
I first realized this problem when one of my belts ripped up. I ordered two new belts, and installed per instructions to find one of my belt keepers was warn through completely. I also noted that 5-10 hours on the new belts, I was having the same problem, and there's a black ring at the front of the belt where it's wearing.
CarveWright support are sending me some new belt keepers and I'm going to give my macine a good cleandown and watch more closely when the belts seem to jump.
Anyone else hitting this / and in particular found a root cause for this?
