Finishing: one coat of sanding sealer, sand, vacuum, blow off with air then clean with tack cloth...One coat of thinned spar varnish...sanded...cleaned up...masked off to spray ILS background.The "hammered" look is a spray paint. Painted lettering with polyurethane paint using a small artist brush. Finished with a uncut coat of spar varnish.
