Need Machine for Long Island Trial

Would like to try a machine to cut tool shadow boxing out of foam for a defense company. I have the CarveWright software and would like to try out before buying. I've been authorized to offer $100 to try some simple cut outs.

Anyone interested?

What do you have in mind? I'm in Waverly, NY not real close to you. If you wanted to send material, and files I could cut them and ship back. You could also come out to my shop if you need to see it run, or I could video it.

What kind of foam? Sign foam? High Density or Soft? Compression is the question? You could use a sled with rails the exact height of the foam and tape the foam to the sled? The sled would need a home plate of wood or during bit checks it would drive the bit into the foam.

Sometimes you must know the questions to ask..... Foam storage compartment for cases? Better off with a Shop Bot and do full 4 x 8 sheets with vacuum hold down.
