well all my good days just went out the window. after replacing the cut moter i started to carve a pattern z axis stall close cover moter sounds way to fast check cut moter and the iceing is it went to meauser the board it just keeps going out of the machine. i checked all the wires could not find anything wrong anyplace. going to call monday and send it in.guess i will have to work on my honey do list not as fun as the carvewright:mad:

Larry,Try and see if your board sensor is working.Capy.Barry

I think Barry is on the right track. Usually when the machine spits a board out it is because it does not see the pressure roller release when trying to measure the board. Use the sensor test menu (Press '0' then '7' and scroll to correct screen) to test the roller switches.
