What is error 500?

My CW messed up and when I put the card into my computer it tried to send a data file to Carvewright. It evidently failed and gave me an "error 500" message. What gives? Thanks in advance! Pete

Search is your friend. I did a search for "Error 500" (with quotes) and came up with the following link.

You did not say how your machine messed up, but this sounds like a possibility.
