Just Learning

I have had my machine just for a couple of days, so really just learning. I have been receiving an error message that says "y" axel has stalled error 236 but to tell you the truth, I'm not sure that it isn't being caused by operator error. When I started my first project it starting carving beautifully but in mid stream it stopped. When I tried again I received the error message. I had a hard time putting in the drill bit, but not sure if that is related. Any ideas while I wait to hear from my tech support.
