Software lockoout

Hello, Has anyone else had the problem of the software locking them out of the program? When I went to use it it said it was an unregistared version and would I like to registar it? I tried and it didn't work. I downloaded the new update and it still won't let me registar the program (no available licenses). I tried to install the license and it give me the error that it wasn't able to. :x Since my other computer that has it installed has died, I can't use my machine. :(

So the issue is that your PC died and you are trying to to install Designer on a new computer? If you have used both your Designer licenses you will need to call CW and talk to SW support. They can get you fixed up.

One of my PCs died. The other one has the Carvewright software installed and is listed as a licensed copy when I go into my account. I can't get it to activate.
