Into my second 2.5 hr carve of the day. I figure the presentable projects I've done in the month and a half I've had the machine prorates out to about $150 per. Right now I've finally graduated to solid oak for a keepsake design. That prorated price doesn't include hours upon hours in photoshop and designer tweaking the pattern. I feel I'm on the opposite side of the learning curve now. The grandkids are begging for designs and busy drawing their requests. One of them displayed so much talent drawing I took him to meet Scott Hudson today...a very well respected artist here in Cedar Falls, IA. Scott is a good friend of mine and does some amazing work.
