I just did a mpc file that when cut out it chipped the fancy scroll on the out side. It wasn't a square cut out but more of a design that was on the outside of a sign. Hard to explain just a design that had alot of curls to cut out but then on a couple places it chiped out the loop design. Maybe since I used pine the wood couldn't handle the speed of the bit but not sure what else to do. I also had this on a sled so maybe it would have been better not too since it was cutting out the design. Any help would be nice if you understand what I am saying. Just everything came out great but then at the end a couple loop curls chipped off
