importing images or purchased patterns

i am having trouble pulling up purchased patterns in the carvewright designer software. i have went through the liscensing stage and everything but when i try and pull up just like i did the sample images it is not working. any ideas?

Have the pattern icons changed from red to brown?

Try downloading a few of our free patterns and see if they import alright (after you download, you'll need to unzip the free patterns first, then they can be imported). Instructions for unzipping and importing are found at: http://www.carvebuddy.com/unzipandimportinstructions.html

Then please let us know if that worked for you. (The patterns at the CarveBuddy site are compatible with all versions of Designer - no licensing required at this time.)
