Need Help with an Error, Please

I'm getting an error 400, edge detect failure. This is on any type of wood I load - pine, oak, poplar.

I checked sensors and got the following:
y=works
z=works
brd tracking=works
y position=0 with no change if I move the head
firmware=1.126
use=54 hours

If I understand this correct I should get scrolling numbers on the y position if I move the truck across the board. It looks like a failure of the sensor on the bottom of the truck.

Any ideas on what else I should check/fix?

Did you check your roller pressure with a bathroom scale, also check to see if the rollers are compressing and releasing when you raise or lower the top of the machine with the crank, then check the board sensor reading it should be around 150. If the rollers are compressing properly the the board sensor can't see the board edge.

Sorry I should haved said that I did check the roller pressure and it read 90 ponds. Also the rollor sensors show compressed. Same with the cover.
