cAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO USE THE BIT ADJUSTMENT TOOL I JUST BOUGHT.

ok, at the risk of sounding lame, I mush have a different manual, cuase this past couple of weeks folks have quoted pages and when I go to that page its a diff subject matter. Could someone point me to the correct manual; I assume you are speaking about the User's Manual.
