So this is not the first time I have had this error, so I am taking out the sensor and pulled out one of the 4 wires out of the plug, does this mean I am now shipping it to Texas.

dreyn,

I saw a post the other day,
Where a fellow forum member damaged his Board Sensor while cleaning after taking it out of the machine.
He said he called LHR and explained to the tech what had happened.
The tech said his machine was still under warranty and mail out a new Board Sensor N/C.
One way or another your going to have to call LHR.
If I were you I'd call LHR and tell the tech exactly what happened, and see what they say.

Usually the pins have small barbs to hold the pins in the sockets. Check the one you pulled out and see if the barbs have flattened or are broken. If they have flattened carefully use a small knife blade to raise them slightly, then push the pin back in. You should feel the barbs snap into place.
I'm assuming that you pulled the pin out and not that the wire pulled out of the pin.
