Is your board flat?
Is your board long enough that you need a roller stand?
Was your board put under both rollers when you started?
Is your board edges paralell ?

Just a few questions , trying to help

If you have a digital bathroom scale ,you might check the roller preasure while cranking down the head onto the scale. ( maybe too much preasure ) should be around 85 lbs.
