Adding Cutters:

I've noticed in the "SELECT BIT" list there's a 1/8", 3/8" and a 1/2" straight bit to select. But NO 1/4" straight bit.

Is there a way to add a cutting tool to the "SELECT BIT" list?

The bits shown are bits that Designer is programmed to display the resulting use. Adding a bit would not allow you to see the result in Designer.

However, you can use about any good carbide bit in the machine. The 1/4" straight bit would look somewhat like the 1/4" ball-nose in designer for routing, but the bottom edges would obviously differ from what Designer shows.
