I just had to post this note to say how pleased I am with LHR today,
My CC Machine arrived at my Shop door in a big brown parcel delivery truck about 15 Minutes ago,
and was in much better condition than I expected.
LHR had replaced my old tattered Box with one that looked (not new)
But in much better condition than the old one.

One more pleasant surprise was a printed out (Customers Machine Summary Worksheet), I've never seen one before.
A list of the reasons "Per" Customer for returning the machine for service.
A list of What the Techs found in the way of problems when they inspected the machine.
A list of parts used to repair machine plus additional components checked /ok

I have to tell you, I dreaded making the call to get a new board sensor after some of the ranting I have read on here about LHR. They were wonderful. It took all of 3 minutes to get a replacement AND order a spare. So far, they are first class.

I too got 2 calls from LHR. One about a new Z motor I needed and the Dyslexic Designer problem.

I like the summary sheet.
