Well I bit the bullet and bought the Compucarve at Sears yesterday. Talked myself into the extended warranty. I hope at age 70 to be able to outlive the 5 year warranty.
I'm sure as I learn the machine I will be a frequent visitor to this forum and continue to learn.
For those who have attended these type shows, is it usually a good buy to get extra bits, etc at the shows? In other words do they discount them -- I'm particulalrly thinking of a bit set.
By the way, for the site administrator or whomever, how does one change his/her user name. Did not particulary want my e-mail address as a user name but can't seem to find the procedure to change it.
