Do you have it on a sled? The minimum thickness of material for the machine is 1/2"

Got it to work..had to put blue tape over the corian.
Used a sled
Do other have to do this?

I place the Corian on a carrier board (not a sled) that is totaly BLACK in color. The Corian is held down on the carrier board by straigically placed hot glue dots. It seems that the contrast difference between the White Corian and the Black carrier board is enough so that the board sensor has no problem seeing the edge.

Ya, I had the same problem. I am using glacier white corian on a white melamine covered sled. I ended up putting a filler board from the end for my project corian to the end of the sled so the rollers need uniform height. I couldn't get it to work using tape on the end.
