Lithopane image

Wanted to get a rundown on how an image should look and be imported to designer for a lithopane. Read one thing but wasnt to clear on the inversion.
Hope someone will stop me from butching a peice..lol

anyways also attached the photo to see if it is a candidate

That should carve well. The thing to remember is that in Designer, tilt the "board" and make sure that the things you want the brightest are carved the deepest. The thinner the material, the more light comes through.

Several people have mentioned depth of carves in 1/4" Corian, all about 0.150" - 0.160", I generally use 0.153".
