I had z axis stall and a y z axis stall, the head got stuck clear down 1/3 thru project. It was jammed, had trouble moving it up. Cut groove in project. Called Carvewright, talked to Jay, he was very patient and helpful, with his support I got the machine apart and found the screws holding the truck head to the belt were loose! what a surprise. tightened ----:-machine working good now , Thanks Jay at Carewright.
