Hello again,
(Disclosure: I've not got the machine yet, waiting on Sears card for promo, been fooling around with the software ...)
I'm wondering about that carving depth - I understand that the bits are fluted only along ... er, is it .75" or 1.0" of the tool. But, but, but, ... , say I wanted to carve an inverted cone all the way into my 5" tall block of kryptonite to hold my super ice cream cone. What prevents the bit from spiraling all the way down to the bottom, taking out one layer at a time?
Thanks,
Scot
