Error codes with the flash drive

I have just purchased my CompuCarve and am getting acquainted with the software. Have upgraded the software to 1.126 and tried to upload a test project design. I keep getting "The flash operation failed with error 126." What does that indicate? Any special tricks I need to know? I also get a message that says the flash is damaged or cannot be written - it's brand new!!!??

Hey,

You may have gotten a bad card. Others here have recieved bad cards with there machines. Call LHR and they will send you a new one. Hope this helps. Mike

You should also try a diffrent USB port, I had some problems with a USB 1.1 port on my old computer. Also try formatting the card before uploading to it.

Thanks guys! I tried one different port - I'll also try a different computer just to be sure. Tried formatting as well. It may just be a bad card...
