Where can I get applique patterns

Anyone know if a place I can get artwork for a variety of types of appliques? I've got Photoshop and other art programs, but I suck at creating these from scratch. Any "free" places to obtain these?

Free? not sure, I beleive the only place would be some sort of clipart software. They have these graphic clipart for just about any forum. Just have to google a search on what area your looking for.
