quick ref quide

Ok, the newbee is going to ask a dumm question; does anyone have something like a quick ref sheet or guide for the use of the keypad and lcd? I read the owner's manual. The manual just doesn't have something I can quickly referr to for menu options.

its not a quick refrence sheet but it does have the info, starts on page 19 i think
