This is a new machine and when it is in the "load bit" mode it goes to the right of the machine but the little lever that flips out does not appear to come out far enough. When the bit goes down to touch the top of it, the point of the bit misses it and touches the edge instead. I have carved (using the 60 degree v bit in centerline) two boards with the new machine. The problem existed with both boards but the first carved just fine. The second one prompted me twice to load bit because it did not know I had a bit in it. After the second try it carved fine. Any suggestions on how to get the little lever to act right?
