Well it happend, I tore the sandpaper. how do I change it or do I change?
Is this a warranty problem. I didn't see any where in the manual giving instruction to chande the sandpaper.
Where do I go from here?

The belt is one of the few things not covered under the warrenty. The belt is not very hard to replace. There is a real good pdf in this thread. Print it out so you have it with you while you change it.

Thanks Bill, the pdf was clear and in 20 min. I had the belt off and another in place.
You can bet I want make that mistake again, by the way woodworking cabinet clamps work well to compress the rollers.
Thanks again

I wanted to add yet another clamp that works, I used vice-grip locking C-clamps. the 4" ones (up in the throat rather that the normal points of contact). With them I could clamp on the metal parts without touching the rollers.
Can be done with one hand this way.
