I had seen where someone had posted in the test forum about head pressure and only getting 50 lbs, so thought i would share my experience and maybe help others out. After recieving my second machine i was only getting 50 pounds of pressure just like the other gentleman. I couldnt find out why and couldn't find no type of setting to fix this Problem. Upon further inspection i fount that the plastic sleeve that goes from the handle into the machine had a hairline crack causing it to slip therefore only getting 50 pounds before the clutch and handle started slipping. Took the handle off my other machine and tried it and it went straight to 80 plus pounds!. Im not saying this is the resolution to your problem but its definately a check in troubleshooting your machine. Good luck.
