Fatal error 4

Can anyone tell me what a Fatal Error 4 is? And how to fix this? I have tried rebooting my machine twice (which I take as....shutting down the machine and starting over) I keep getting the error after two tries....Please help

What is the machine doing when you get the error? Checking board thickness? Are you trying to carve deeper than 3/4 inch or cut a path deeper than .99 thick?

It starts carving with the 1/16 carving bit, then just stops
My cutting is .50.....just checked my board thickness....possibly cutting too deep...I will try again.

when i vacuum close to the keyboard side which i don't do anymore. it will cut 3/4 no problem so depth doesn't appear to be the problem.

Where is the fatal error being displayed. I have a fatal error 3 that shows up when I try to upload pattern. to the flash drive. while whatching the error sending report I see it is actually 3 errors not code 3. Don't know if this helps. I ended up sending the error messages to LHR by e-mail as the report wouldnot send by internet

Usually a fatal error has to do with the software. Make sure you're up to date with the latest software. You can also try reformating your memory card. Hope that helps.
