Locktite On Bit Adapters?

Got the 60 and 90 degree bits and adapters today. I'm guessing a drop of blue Locktite should be applied to the set screws?
How long should the Locktite cure before using the bits? The darn bottle says parts can be 'put back into service immediately', but also says a full cure takes 24 hours. :confused:

Safe answer is 24 Hours, that's what I do
